Introduction to Meditation for Anxiety

Join us here at The Soul Spa on Friday 20 March from 10:30 to 11:30am, for this introductory workshop to Meditation for Anxiety.

Meditation can help reduce Anxiety, but if Anxiety is a big part of your life it can interfere with giving meditation a go.

This gentle workshop will provide an introduction to meditation with Anxiety in mind, focusing on how to manage feeling anxious about trying something like this for the first time together with other people, the kinds of things you might experience while meditating, how to respond to any anxious feelings during meditation, and how meditation can reduce Anxiety. You will also be invited to take part in a gentle mindfulness meditation led by the lovely Carla-Jo Geraghty.
