MORNING TWIN HEARTS MEDITATION

METTA MEDITATION - LOVING KINDNESS FOR THE PLANET, ALL LIVING BEINGS AND YOURSELF

We live in a challenging environment. How we respond to these challenges is a choice. This traditional Buddhist meditation cultivates an attitude of living kindness towards ourselves, our fellow beings and the environment. A valuable tool in any kind of relationship.

A lying down meditation.. .just in 15/20 minutes it allows people to completely let go of ALL tensions, one of the ultimate ways of feeling Inner Peace, discharging all the tensions from the week ready to step into the weekend with zest and clear outlook.

CALM AND SOOTHING MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

A sitting breath based meditation In this practice you learn to gently place your attention on the breath, this helps you to steady and calm the mind. Meeting your experience with kindness and curiosity helps you to let go of stress. You can gain insight into your experience and cultivate a sense of tranquillity.

REST AND RESTORE MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

This is a deeply grounding practice where you can learn to release stress and tension that you may be holding in the body and mind. It can enable you to tune into the present moment so you can cultivate a sense of awe and gratitude for your life.

THE NINE ENERGISING BREATHS AND STILLNESS MEDITATION - REJUVINATE (not for pregnant women)

The Nine Energising Breaths produce the same effect on your energetic anatomy that physical exercise produces in your body: it makes it bigger and more ‘muscular’. In time, your energetic anatomy becomes, and stays, larger, stronger, denser and brighter. Both the quantity and quality of your personal energy dramatically increase, also strengthening the organs and immunity system.

Note: For women who are pregnant or think they are pregnant should not practice this Meditation.
