Are you looking for “peace of mind”?

Join us for our new Mindfulness Meditation class, starting in January 2020.

Mindfulness meditation is an excellent way of stilling overactive minds and finding rest in a fraught world. Meditation can help to reduce blood pressure and blood sugar levels, ease insomnia and reduce stress and anxiety. It can also help you enjoy life more.

During this course, you will experience a range of different meditation styles and hopefully find the meditaion practice which suits you and your lifestyle best.

The course will be taught by Siân Griffith, who has practised meditation for many years and is a registered teacher with the British School of Meditation.

This six week course starts on Tuesday 21 January 2020. Each session runs from 10.30 to 11.30am. The cost per session is £5.

Please note that you will need to be able to go up one flight of stairs. You will be seated on a standard, director-style chair for the meditation.
