How does it work?
Throughout the day there are 20 minute meditation slots that run online. This means you are able to find a slot that suits you in your day.
Each meditation session is run on the Zoom platform by one of our meditation teachers, giving you the opportunity to practise daily and create the well-being habit you need.
Once you are happy with how your meditation practice is improving your state and sense of well-being you may like to develop yourself further. You can do this in a number of ways.
- Join one of the group workshops or courses
- Try a new therapy and work with a specific therapist
- Work with a personal trainer/coach to support your growth

Meditation classes are now available online via Zoom
All teacher-led mental relaxation classes are now being run live online via Zoom. This means you can access our classes from wherever you are in the world!
To access a class please:
Book your chosen class via the ClubRight app as normal.
Download the Zoom app on the device you’re planning to use (phone, laptop, tablet). You don’t need to sign up, just download the app.
You will get an email just before the class with a link to click and an ID number to add. Here’s a quick video to show you how this works.
