UNWIND, RELAX AND RESET: IMPROVED SLEEP – GUIDED MEDITATION

It can be difficult to switch off and relax after a busy or stressful day. With our minds still racing, it can be difficult getting to sleep, but also staying asleep, often waking in the middle of the night unable to get back to sleep. During this guided meditation we prime the subconscious to reduce our fight/flight response and promote good, undisturbed REM sleep.

FLOAT AWAY STRESS – GUIDED MEDITATION

Modern life and a fast paced society means that our brain can become overloaded, stimulating the fight/flight response of the brain and release of stress chemicals such as cortisol. In this guided meditation we access the subconscious to promote the use of the intellectual brain and the natural release of feel good chemicals such as serotonin.

CONSCIOUS, CONNECTED BREATHING

The breath is the centre of us and why we are all here. It can be difficult to catch your breath in a fast paced society awash with unhealthy food and pollution. In this meditation we use conscious, connected breathwork to reduce stress and improve wellbeing.

SACRED SOUNDS OF THE UNIVERSE

Om is the primordial sound of the universe. This meditation uses Om along with other sacred sounds to help cleanse and purify negativity and emotional blocks to aid self healing.

REVITALISING MEDITATION - RECHARGE AND REVITALISE (not for pregnant women)

This Meditation uses three steps and three colours of Prana to recharge and revitalise.  Each colour has certain colour characteristics for either cleansing or energising. The first part of the Meditation uses green light to clean and relax the body. The second part uses violet light to clean the charge as and meridians. The third part uses gold light to charge up and revitalise. 

Note: For women who are pregnant or think they are pregnant should not practice this Meditation.

THE NINE ENERGISING BREATES AND STILLNESS MEDITATION - REJUVINATE (not for pregnant women)

The Nine Energising Breathes produce the same effect on your energetic anatomy that physical exercise produces in your body: it makes it bigger and more ‘muscular’. In time, your energetic anatomy becomes, and stays, larger, stronger, denser and brighter. Both the quantity and quality of your personal energy dramatically increase, also strengthening the organs and immunity system.

STILLNESS MEDITATION - CALMING (not for pregnant women)

This Stillness Meditation is designed to actively regulate emotions, improve concentration, find Stillness, r
educe anxiety, increase confidence, improve sleep, release negative thoughts and behaviour and improve
relationships. This Meditation is gentle, very easy to follow and suitable for beginners.

EARTH/SKY MEDITATION WITH BREAT

Aligning with roots and with Universal Energy this meditation is profoundly centering and fosters a sense of belonging, which is good for Western culture.Stuck in our heads we forget we are earth creatures as well as spiritual beings. We need to be connected up, and it brings more respect and gratitude for out planet too.

MANIFESTING ABUNDANCE WITH GRATITUDE

If you focus on lack and what you don’t have,
by Universal Law, you will attract more of that. Cultivate an attitude of gratitude in this guided meditation and be thankful for what you have to open up your channels to attract and receive.
