How does it work?
Throughout the day there are 20 minute meditation slots that run from 7am to 7pm. This means you are able to find a slot that suits you in your day.
Each meditation session is held in our designated Zen Den space, and is either run by one of our meditation teachers or is supported by a pre-recorded meditation session. Both options give you the opportunity to practise daily and create the well-being habit you need.
Once you are happy with how your meditation practice is improving your state and sense of well-being you may like to develop yourself further. You can do this in a number of ways.
- Join one of the group workshops or courses
- Try a new therapy and work with a specific therapist
- Work with a personal trainer/coach to support your growth
