Meditation is at the heart of everything we do here at The Soul Spa. It is the first step to mental and emotional strength.

It has been proved that daily meditation can literally change your life. It can reduce stress, control anxiety, promote emotional health, enhance self-awareness, lengthen attention span, reduce age related memory loss, improve sleep, help control pain, decrease blood pressure and much, much more.

The secret to transforming your life through meditation is the creation of a daily meditation practice. One meditation class a week may help you feel temporarily better but it is not enough to create lasting change in your well-being, for that you need a little more.

Here at the Soul Spa we want to support you to create a daily meditation practice that will completely transform your mental and emotional well-being for life. Having an environment that is away from your daily challenges and work commitments enables you to truly take time for you. Meditation apps and downloads have their place but having your own soul spa gives you the physical space and human support that you need for positive change.

Once you have created your meditation habit with us you may like to continue your practice alone, but initially why not allow yourself to be supported by people who have made well-being part of their life? Our meditation teachers and our therapists are here to support you to be the best version of you. They have the knowledge, experience and passion to get you there, and they practise meditation daily for optimum well-being.

How does it work?

Throughout the day there are 20 minute meditation slots that run from 7am to 7pm. This means you are able to find a slot that suits you in your day. Each meditation session is held in our designated Zen Den space, and is either run by one of our meditation teachers or is supported by a pre-recorded meditation session. Both options give you the opportunity to practise daily and create the well-being habit you need.

What’s next?

Once you are happy with how your meditation practice is improving your state and sense of well-being you may like to develop yourself further. You can do this in a number of ways.

  • Join one of the group workshops or courses
  • Try a new therapy and work with a specific therapist
  • Work with a personal trainer/coach to support your growth
