Hi I’m Alex. I am a registered Nutritional Therapist with over 200 hours of clinical experience, a 300-hour qualified Yoga Teacher and Colonic Hydrotherapist.
I am registered with CHNC (Complementary and Natural Health Council), BANT (British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy), ANP (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners), YAP (Yoga Alliance Professionals) and ARCH (Association of Registered Colonic Hydrotherapists UK).
Being of Greek-Cypriot heritage, the Mediterranean diet and a passion for fresh whole foods is in my blood! I love food – I think I am mostly olive oil, hummus and avocado! Oh, and plenty of dark chocolate as well!
I am passionate about eating well and living well. I am fascinated by the body’s ability to heal and thrive when nourished. My personal health experience has shaped my passion for natural therapies and the desire to support others. My aim is to help those who want to have lasting improvements to their health and wellbeing and live a truly radiant lifestyle.

I work holistically to support your body and mind. Identifying areas for nourishment and repair and providing nutritional and lifestyle advice to optimise your health and wellbeing. I use Naturopathic and Functional Medicine methods, which look to identify the root cause of a symptom by assessing the body whole-istically. These tools help me to evaluate your current state of health and identify potential imbalances within the body which may be contributing to symptoms and health concerns.
I believe that knowledge is power. I aim to educate, support, and empower my clients to take responsibility for their own health. Equipping you with information and advice to support your body’s needs in order to achieve your health goals and live radiantly by nourishing yourself from the inside out.
I believe that being healthy is more than the absence of disease. It is to live to your body’s full potential; to feel energised, sleep well, to have balanced hormones and mental clarity. I can support you in achieving this through eating tasty and nutritious foods and through cultivating self-care practices.
Your individual plan will encompass a number of areas; including nutritional support, selfcare and lifestyle advice. I also offer yoga, meditation, and holistic naturopathic therapies if you so wish.
