The Soul Spa is an ideal venue for group events or couples. Whether you’re a group of friends, hens or stags on a visit to Bath, or a couple looking for a special experience, we have some unique activities that everyone can try. We have listed some ideas but do call us for more information or to chat about creating a bespoke event for your party.

Private Sound Baths

If you are not sure what yoga practice serves you best, a 1-2-1, couple or small group session with an experienced teacher is very useful.

Bruni combines her expertise of yoga and ayurveda to create a unique plan for your wellbeing considering your base constitution and current state of health. The practice involves postures, breathing techniques, ways to relax, lifestyle and diet choices to give you a renewed sense of vitality, confidence and focus.

When the body, the mind and the breath move together deep physiological changes take place. The organs start to work more efficiently, muscles relax, the nervous system calms down, the heart opens and a deep sense of peace develops.

Yoga is not about doing and achieving. It is about undoing, letting go, releasing, allowing, opening, softening. Movement becomes meditation. We direct our attention inwards, experience every breath, every movement, every thought, every emotion. We meet our limitations. We observe what arises without competition, expectation and judgement. We let go of the urge to achieve. The crust is melting. We become soft and still. We let life touch us. We feel more vibrant. We experience a sense of lightness or as one of my student put it: “It feels as if the whole body is smiling.”
