“Where the mind goes, prana follows.” This yogic wisdom inspired me to develop the Zen massage. It is done on a couch using warm scented oil. You are encouraged to stay awake during the treatment and to be alert to the sensations in the body. A wide variety of manipulation, mobilization, guided breathing and visualization are used to dissolve tension and activate the healing process. The massage concludes with long strokes along the main energy lines to achieve balance and flow.
