Hi my name is Emma and I’m a physiotherapist integrating non-traditional approaches in my practice, including muscle activation (Be Activated) and yoga.
I’m registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

I’ll guide you to move into a more efficient pattern of movement, and let go of current habits that don’t serve you. Your specific goals may be to perform better at your sport, or to find ease and flow in your yoga practice. Tuning into your body and shifting to better balance, flexibility, strength, and performance.
Are you open to something new?
I use Be Activated as a framework for understanding and undoing compensation patterns. This will be different to some more traditional physiotherapy approaches as we are looking to identify whole body patterns – it requires some curiosity, and interest in tuning in to what is happening in your body.
