What is Mindfulness?
For me, mindfulness opens a doorway to a new way of being, a new way of living and a new way of seeing life, the universe and everything. Mindfulness is known to increase happiness and reduce suffering. It’s very accessible, practical and transformative.
You might be surprised to know that you can access Mindfulness without sitting meditating for hours. There are many ways to tune in ‘informally’ throughout your daily life.
Mindfulness is an experience; it’s not something you can learn without experiencing it. You’ll soon realise how lovely it feels to be here and now in the present moment, with relief from all that mind chatter.
Mindfulness teaches you to tune into your experience and to know yourself more deeply. It takes you out of automatic pilot mode and allows you to choose how you respond and behave.
I teach you the tools and techniques to become your own therapist, to manage your well being and daily life more effectively and inquire into your life as you go forward. You can’t change your outer experience with out changing yourself. As Jon Kabat Zinn says ‘Wherever you go, there you are’.

I am qualified as a ‘Mindfulness NOW’ teacher which is approved by The British Psychological Society.
This is a blend of
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) – which reduces stress and anxiety
Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) – which breaks unhelpful thinking and behaviour patterns.
It is specifically designed to include one to one coaching as well as group teaching.
I have practiced Mindfulness for over 10 years and changed my own life using the very same practices that I teach. I have a real excitement and passion for this work and I love to share it.

‘MINDFULNESS FOR DAILY LIFE’ COURSE
This course is offered as a 6 week evening classes or as a weekend workshop.
This course is called ‘Mindfulness in Daily Life’ and is designed to be useful and practical foundation course.
You will then have the opportunity to continue and join ‘Going Deeper’ classes and workshops.
I love to explore a deeper self inquiry in my workshops and courses exploring the greater self… the universal self. The realisation is that you are not separate from life and this brings a greater trust. You can learn to live from the heart and be the expression of yourself that you were meant to be. Living in the present moment is an Art… or as I call it a Practice. The more you do it, the more you trust it and the magic opens up as you notice more synchronicity and flow in your life.
