Transcendental Meditation (TM) is the easiest, most enjoyable and most effective way of reducing stress in life. It gives the brain and nervous system a uniquely profound rest on a regular basis, thereby enabling the brain to heal itself more efficiently than it does during a night’s sleep. Physical health is also improved.

TM takes the attention of the mind to the source of the energy and intelligence of the thinking process and thereby increases creativity.

The practice results in greater efficiency in action, enabling you to achieve more in life more easily, without getting tired. You gain more mental energy, so that you enjoy everything in life in a more dynamic and appreciative way. It opens the perception, so that more opportunities become apparent to you.

Transcendental Meditation is currently being found to protect the chromosomes, possibly thereby, helping to protect the reproduction of the cells in the body. It has been known for decades that TM slows down some of the deleterious effects of ageing.
