I work with people who feel there is “more” to them than the life they are currently living, and who are ready to find their way back home to their true, authentic self. Through holistic life coaching, breathwork and nervous system regulation, I help you create more calm, clarity and balance so you can live a life that actually feels like yours.

If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out or at a crossroads, my role is to walk beside you, not in front of you, and to give you practical tools to shift from survival into a more grounded, empowered way of being.

My coaching is built around my D.A.R.E. framework from my book D.A.R.E. 2 Become YOU!:

Discover, Accept, Release, Empower.

We begin by gently discovering where you are now and what is really going on beneath the surface. We then work on accepting your story and emotional landscape with compassion, rather than judgment. From there, we release what no longer serves you - beliefs, patterns, expectations - and finally, we empower you with tools and practices that support the life you actually want to live.

Sessions often explore themes such as:

  • Stress, anxiety, and burnout

  • Life transitions, identity shifts and “who even am I now?” moments

  • Boundaries, people pleasing and self-worth

  • Feeling lost, stuck or disconnected from your authentic self

Coaching is practical and grounded. You will leave with simple, doable steps to take between sessions so that change is not just something you talk about, it becomes something you live.

Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation

Breathwork is one of the most powerful tools we have for changing how we feel, think and respond. I blend a wide range of breathwork modalities, functional breathing and nervous system regulation techniques.

The key is using the right breath for the right outcome. Together, we choose the approach that best fits what you need on the day, for example:

  • Calming and grounding the nervous system

  • Managing anxiety and overwhelm

  • Supporting sleep and recovery

  • Building resilience, energy and focus

  • Emotional release and deeper inner work

Sessions are always held in a safe, trauma-sensitive way, with time to integrate afterwards so you feel supported and steady, not “blown open”.

Available 1:1 or in small groups. I also offer regular breathwork journeys at the Soul Spa.

Cold Water, Mind-Body Resilience & Embodiment

As a certified Wim Hof Method instructor and former British Army Physical Training Instructor, I specialise in helping people build courageous, compassionate relationships with themselves through the body.

Where appropriate, we may weave in:

  • Gentle cold exposure education and preparation

  • Breath-led mindset techniques for stepping out of your comfort zone

  • Practical tools for meeting stress with more steadiness and choice

This is never about pushing you beyond your limits. It is about learning to trust your body, understand your nervous system and discover how capable you truly are.

Music, Meditation & Guided Journeys

Alongside my coaching and breathwork, I write and record original music and guided meditations designed to support you between sessions. These pieces weave together breath, words and sound to help you:

  • Drop into deep rest

  • Connect with your heart and intuition

  • Remember who you are beneath the noise of everyday life

Many clients describe this as having a “thread” back to themselves they can pick up whenever life feels overwhelming.

My Journey

My path to this work has been anything but linear. I have been:

  • A British Army Physical Training Instructor

  • A GB modern pentathlete

  • A Performance Director in Olympic sport

  • A personal trainer and gym owner

From the outside, it looked successful and strong. On the inside, it included depression, bipolar diagnosis, burnout, suicide attempts, and a long search for meaning and balance.

That journey is what informs my practice today. I know how it feels to be high-achieving yet deeply lost, to be the strong one for everyone else while quietly unravelling. I also know, through lived experience and years of working with others, that it is absolutely possible to come back to yourself and create a life that feels aligned, peaceful and powerful in your own way.
