Private Guided Relaxation and Sound Baths

For those times when you want to do something fun with your girlfriends.
These packages are based on a maximum of 8 people in the room. If you are looking for a small, but relaxed environment look no further. We have a package for you and your friends.
Laughter and Relax package
We all like a bit of a giggle with our friends, but have you ever tried Laughter Yoga? This session will set you up in the right mood to party. You will have a one hour of Laughter Yoga to warm you up, and a one hour Guided Relaxation and Sound Bath to relax you.
£50 per person for a 2-hour
experience (minimum spend £200)
Relax package
One-hour private Guided Relaxation and Sound Bath experience in our special Quantum Field room. Just kick off your shoes, get under a blanket and let the sounds transport you. After this session with your friends you will be ready for anything or perhaps you have it at the end of your hen party to relax, the choice is yours.
£25 per head (minimum spend £100 for up to 4 people) 1-hour experience.

It is wonderful to share special moments with someone you care for, so why not combine quality time with deep relaxation.

Full Body Ubiety Massage plus 30-minute Sound Bath
Book singly or as a couple
This package includes a full body Ubiety massage, for you and your partner/friend. You can book to have your massage at the same time, or take them separately, its completely up to you.
Your Ubiety massage includes a 30-minute sound bath, free Soul Spa silk eye-mask and free Ubiety facial mist.
The investment for this package is £120 pp

Laughter yoga
Spend a memorable hour with one of our great teachers, Bruni or Nicky, releasing endorphins and having a great laugh with your friends or colleagues.
You release tension and experience peace, joy and vitality. You might also feel healthy, positive and empowered. And you will definitely feel more alive and mindful. It makes you appreciate every-day life. You meet people in a different way and if you smile at them, they will smile back at you. Other benefits of group laughter include:
