A Guide To January

The Soul Spa Guide for a Peaceful January

1) Try something new

The ReBalance Festival Of Wellbeing is celebrating its fourth year! It will take place between 28 January and 16 February 2026.

Diverse and inclusive, the festival has something for everyone, so why not try something new and start 2026 with some fresh energy.

There will be many classes, talks and workshops going on all over the city. Marie-Marthe ~who is one of our lovely practitioners~ will be hosting a Sophrology session on Saturday 31st January at 10am.

2) Spend time offline and in nature

You have so many beautiful walks to choose from in bath, here are a few for inspiration… Victoria Park, Prior Park Nation Trust, Bath Skyline Walk.

Even just a quick 10 minutes will make a huge difference to your day. Scientific research shows nature walks are vital for mental and physical health, reducing stress (lowering cortisol), anxiety, and depression, while boosting mood, creativity, and concentration by shifting the brain to "effortless attention"

3) Book a sound bath for you and your best friend.

Strong social connections can increase your lifespan by as much as 50%. The Harvard Study of Adult Development, one of the longest-running studies on happiness, found that warm relationships were the strongest predictor of who would be happy, healthy, and live longer.

We are teaming up with Caliunity Gym and Bath Mind on Monday 19th January as part of their Week of Wellness events.

7 days, 7 charities, 1 mission. A city wide week of movement, connection and giving back, raising awareness and funds for local mental health and wellbeing charities. Click below to book your class!
