We may be baised but one of the most soothing and transformative experiences you can gift yourself is coming along to a sound bath for the first time. If your nervous just mention to the practitoner that this is your first time and are unsure about what to do, dont worry we will make sure you feel comfortable and at ease.
Despite its name, there’s no water involved. Instead, a sound bath is a meditative experience where you’re “bathed” in layers of sound and vibration from instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks.
You simply lie down, close your eyes, and allow waves of sound to wash over you. The frequencies help guide your brain into a deep state of relaxation — similar to meditation, but effortless.
Everything in the universe vibrates — including our bodies. When we’re stressed, tired, or anxious, those natural vibrations can fall out of harmony. Sound baths help restore balance by using frequencies that calm the nervous system and promote inner stillness.

At The Soul Spa, our sound baths are held in a peaceful, candlelit space designed to help you unwind from the moment you arrive. You’ll be invited to lie down comfortably with soft blankets, take a few grounding breaths, and let the sounds carry you into stillness.
