• Arrival & Opening Circle: We’ll begin with an introduction to the sacred connection between colour, frequency, and emotion.

• Colour Meditation with Sound Bowls: Let the resonant tones of the crystal bowls guide you into a meditative state, opening the pathways between your senses and your energy field.

• Feeling the Colours: Experience the gentle placement of coloured fabrics on your body, allowing you to feel their frequency and meaning through touch and intuition.

• Chakra Closing & Grounding: We’ll conclude by harmonizing your chakras, sealing the energies awakened within you, and returning you gently to presence.
