I am a classical Reflexologist, Complementary Holistic Practitioner of Aromatherapy and Massage.
Reflexology speaks to both the scientist and the creative in me. Like acupuncture, it’s a therapy with ancient origins—traced back over 4,000 years—and deep modern resonance. It’s based on the idea that the feet, hands, and ears contain a map of the body, connected by thousands of nerve endings and reflex points. These points can mirror internal imbalances and offer pathways to restore harmony.
In Reflexology, the nerve endings in the hands, ears and feet especially are likened to a U-bend: a gathering place for life’s residues, sometimes felt as crystalline deposits beneath the skin. By working these areas with care, we can invite circulation, release tension, and allow the body’s innate intelligence to do its healing work.
💫 Philosophy
In today’s face paced world, Complementary Therapies help remind us to pause, tune in, and honour our physical and emotional selves. My approach encourages clients to slow down and discover the power of therapeutic touch, sensory connection, and intentional stillness. Holistic therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s an open invitation to experience, explore, feel, float away and be.

Your Biography: With roots in both contemporary dance and Journalism, my journey into complementary therapy is grounded in a life of movement, inquiry, and compassion. Trained at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance, I spent years listening deeply to the language of the body—its flow, tension, and silent stories. Later, as a BBC journalist covering health and disability, I honed my investigative instincts, always seeking the “why” behind the symptoms and spotlighting the lived experience behind every diagnosis.
A proud mother of four thriving adult children, I understand the parent pathway. My path into reflexology was sparked by the need to find calm and balance, and caring for my elderly parents and exploring holistic support for their wellbeing. Reflexology has been my go-to for over three decades—a quiet constant that has empowered me to navigate life’s fast-paced demands with grace and groundedness.
Conventional medicine and practice has its place, but it doesn’t always address the whole. Complementary Holistic Practice means Whole. To bring in holistic therapy alongside conventional medicine will only reinforce the body, mind and soul to help keep body organs and systems in balance.
Reflexology, Massage and Aromatherapy has kept me intune with my body and mental health. I am passionate about sharing the powers of holistic therapy.
