Megan is an integrative counsellor with a special interest in working with neurodivergent individuals, diagnosed or self-identifying.
Megan offers a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s going on for you at your own pace. Her experience includes over 6 years working in NHS teams, including CAMHS and adult mental health services.
‘Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious or stuck in patterns that are hard to change. They may struggle with low self-esteem, burnout or the pressure of trying to hold everything together while feeling exhausted inside. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where we can explore what’s been going on for you at your own pace. I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor offering online counselling across the UK and in-person counselling in Bath. I regularly work with neurodivergent individuals, and as a neurodivergent practitioner myself I understand some of the unique challenges this can bring.
Some of the areas I often support clients with include:
• Anxiety
• Trauma
• Burnout
• Low self-esteem
• Body image and disordered eating
• Navigating neurodivergence (including late-diagnosis).
Alongside my private practice, I work part-time as a counsellor for a youth mental health charity, providing counselling to young people aged 11+ as well as university students.’
