Wellbeing & Nervous System Support with

Sarah Hayler
Founder of Developing You

There are times in life when things don’t feel quite right. You may not be in crisis, but you feel flat, overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself. Perhaps your nervous system feels constantly “on”, or you’ve spent years taking care of everyone else and now feel unsure how to come back to yourself.

My work is for people who are self-aware, capable, and thoughtful, yet feel they’ve lost ease, clarity, or a sense of inner stability. Often, they don’t need fixing — they need safety, space, and a way to reconnect with themselves at the level of the body and nervous system.

I am a qualified teacher of over 25 years and have been immersed in personal development and wellbeing work for more than 30 years. Over time, my work has evolved into a gentle, grounded approach that supports nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and sustainable personal growth.

Rather than pushing change, I help people slow down enough for the body to feel safe — because when safety is restored, clarity, creativity, and confidence naturally follow.

My work brings together:

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Somatic awareness and gentle movement

  • Breath, sound, and guided relaxation

  • Simple, realistic practices that fit real life

Everything I offer is designed to support people back into ease, so they can reconnect with themselves and move forward in a way that feels steady and true.

Ways to work with me

  • 1:1 wellbeing sessions

  • Small group workshops

  • Nervous system–focused relaxation and sound sessions

  • Bespoke wellbeing support for individuals or organisations
