  • Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation

    Breathwork is one of the most powerful tools we have for changing how we feel, think and respond. I blend a wide range of breathwork modalities, functional breathing and nervous system regulation techniques.

    The key is using the right breath for the right outcome. Together, we choose the approach that best fits what you need on the day, for example:

    Calming and grounding the nervous system

    Managing anxiety and overwhelm

    Supporting sleep and recovery

    Building resilience, energy and focus

    Emotional release and deeper inner work

    Sessions are always held in a safe, trauma-sensitive way, with time to integrate afterwards so you feel supported and steady, not “blown open”.

    Available 1:1 or in small groups. I also offer regular breathwork journeys at the Soul Spa.
