Join me for on this journey of exploration and revelation as we celebrate the recent Autumn Equinox , where light and dark, day and night meet in perfect balance.
Shamanism and nature go hand in hand
Since ancient times Shamanism has drawn its power from nature ,recognising the interdependence and symbiotic relationship between animals, treess , plants and humans on one another and that each has a spirit of its own and is to be revered and respected .
We can gain power, knowledge and wisdom from nature and in turn can learn from it and help heal the earth through Shamanic heart based practice.
Through keeping these ancient practices alive we can connect and communicate with nature spirits , tree spirits,and the elementals such as dryads, gnomes and fairy folk aswell as our animal.and human guides.
Through ritual and guided meditation we will send healing to the earth, trees , seas, universe and beyond. With open our heart and mind we connect with our spirit guides and receive what medicine and message they have for us
We shall be creating a mandala from nature between us and celebrating the power of the full moon and fire ceremony as we intentionally let go of what no longer serves us.
Through the power of the drum and voice and song we connect with the earths heartbeat, its Schumann resonance and with one another as we release the dark to be transmuted into love and light .
If its outdoors ( weather depending) bring any sort of ethnic drum if you have one, ( I have spair rattles if not) ,warm , waterproof clothes,a camp chair or blanket ,water .
If at the soul spa if its raining, please bring a drum if you have one and a bottle of water. If at the soul spa there will be a sound bath instead of the mandala making.
This is an alcohol and substance free event.
