This 3-week online course offers simple, practical tools to help you navigate everyday stress - through the body, the breath, and guided awareness.
Together, we’ll explore ways to feel more:

No experience is needed - just a willingness to take a moment for yourself.
What to expect
Each session includes gentle movement, breathwork, and visualisation practices that you can easily integrate into your daily life.
You will also receive:
• a small, supportive group setting
• recordings of each session (so you can revisit in your own time)
• access to a WhatsApp group with gentle reminders and tips between sessions
