Join me on this 90 minute transformational ,healimg workshop as we celebrate the Full Buck Moon and look at what is no longer serving us so that it may be shed from our lives,just as the young buck deer shed their antlers annually at this potent time of year we ask through ritual for it to be released.

Shamanism works with the light and dark polarities of ourselves and so we will be exploring our shadow side ,ie our repressed emotions and negative personality traits that we all have which  may have inherited from our ancestral line . By acknowledging these parts of ourselves with acceptance and unconditional love and by sending love and forgiveness to ourselves and our ancesters  we can release them and transmute them to a higher vibration of positive energy so we can heal and acheive our full potential and spiritual purpose. 

This will be symbolically acknowledged and honoured through an ancient Shananic ritual of a burning bowl ceremony. 

Through a sound bath and guided meditation we ground ourselves and cleanse our chakras and auric field  allowing the healing frequencies of the crystal bowls to wash over us. 

There will be an opportunity to drum together as we close our circle as we welcome in the full Buck moon and offer up what no longer serves us to be released with love.

Bring an ethnic drum if you have one ,otherwise I have spare rattles.
