Join me on this inspiring journey of transformation and realisation as we welcome in the new moon in cancer and look at what we
want to manifest and let go off. Cosmically this is a period of personal renewal and transformation and a time to reflect on what we have acheived so far this year , a time of spiritual strength and empowerment , and a time to reflect on our goals for the future.
During this 90 minute workshop we will explore our connection with our inner child , sending her unconditional love and healing . We will explore how our childhood core wounds can create our life story until through awareness of our nervous system's response to our perceived trauma we can understand how these early beliefs were formed and how we can rewrite our version of the story through somatic and positive psychology techniques. I shall also hold a Soundbath to balance our chakras and nervous system and introduce some yoga poses that will help this too.
I will present a discussion on codependency and understanding trauma bonds and how to break free and heal from destructive patterns and relationships.
Connecting with our innerchild and rewriting her story can be so empowering enabling us to break free of past limiting beliefs and move forward with our lives with awareness so we can live our lives in a more full, balanced and mindful way.
We will incorporate a Shamanic Power Retreival practice to clear our chakrss of blocked energy and restore our sense of personal power.
Bring an ethnic drum if you have one as we will be drummimg in the new moon . I have spare rattles if you do not have a drum.
