The Soul Spa offers four signature treatments, all of which are based around the city of Bath’s rich heritage of wellbeing.

Heated Massage of Roman Courage
Based on the Roman tradition of heat application to treat aches and pains. This treatment will cocoon you in warmth. With a heated bed you will receive a warm oil massage with the scent of Roman chamomile. Roman Chamomile was used on soldiers before battle to give them courage. We hope you leave relaxed, indulged and with the courage of a soldier in your heart.
Celtic Rejuvenation Massage
In the beginning Celts believed humans were forged by the Gods out of the magical Oak tree. To treat imbalance in the body we use the wonderful aromas of the trees to inhale whilst you receive a full body massage and hot healing stones on the pressure points of your feet. Smell and hear the ancient forest around you.
Aquae Sulis Facial
Using the sacred waters of Sulis teamed with healing Mud, this indulgent facial provides a double cleanse using natural oil and muslin cloth removal to provide a gentle but effective exfoliation. You will receive a Roman Chamomile facial massage using gua shua stone to reduce fatigue, puffiness and fine lines. This is followed by a rasul mud mask to cleanse and heal the skin. Your treatment is finished off with a final massage of the face, arms and scalp.
Feet to Walk with the Ancients
The feet are sacred. They root us to the ground and carry us on our journey through life. The ancients knew this and began using pressures on the feet to bring the mind, body and spirit into balance. This treatment includes a herbal foot bath and ritual cleansing of the feet using a mud mask and finishing with a tailored reflexology foot massage.
