Join me on this healing 90 min journey of revelation and transformation in our sacred circle of sisterhood, as we look at how important it is to protect our energy on a daily basis for our mental, emotional,physical and spiritual wellbeing.

I use somatic ,healing practices such as a soundbath to balance our nervous system and chakras , as if we are holding onto past trauma or tension in the body through stress our energy does not flow freely..

We are all born with spirit guides. Maybe you have felt connected to a certain type of animal throughout your life. In the session I will then take you on a guided ,drum led journey to meet your Power Animal and to receive what protective, healing medicine they have for us. 

I will present a discussion on ways to protect your energy such as setting personal boundaries , looking at co dependency and people pleasing, and how we can get stuck in unhealthy patterns or to toxic relationships that drain our energy because of our childhood experiences. 

By raising our energy vibration through power practices such as drumming , we can protect our auric field from negative forces of energy that drain us. There will be a chance to all drum together during the session.

I will then take you through a guided meditation to balance your chakras and restore your personal power within so you leave feeling restored , empowered and protected in your energy field.

Bring a drum if you have one (any type of ethnic drum is fine) If not I have spare shakers .
